With the state of Illinois moving into Phase 5 of Restore Illinois, new sports safety guidelines have been released. Please take a look at the new guidelines. The board and coaches of Lake County RFC is working closely with CARFU to create and approve a new Return-To-Play plan that would allow the team to practice without any restrictions.
