Winter Pre-Season Practices 2023

Spring season is here! After a long offseason, it's time for the Coyotes to get back to work. We will he holding 4 indoor practice session at the Kenosha Boys & Girls Club, 1330 52nd Street

in Kenosha. All practices will start at 8 PM. Please note that there is a $10/session cover fee. If you'd like to pay a discounted rate in advance for all sessions (at $30 for all session), then reach out to the team in order to set up a payment plan. Indoor practice will take place on the following:

January 23rd

February 13th

March 13th

March 20th

Please bring both indoor running shoes and rugby boots, as well as athletic workout clothes and water. Players of all experience levels, shapes, and sizes are welcome!

Game Week @ Chicago Riot - September 24th

This past weekend, the Coyotes hosted the Rockford Ravens in a tough, physical battle. The home team started out slow and went into the half down 17-7. After the break, Coyotes started to take over. A pair of quick tries within two minutes helped turn the tide as the home team began to put pressure on the Ravens. At the final whistle, Coyotes take full points with a 28-17 victory. We had to award the Man of the Match awards to two individuals as they stood out for us - Shelton Mudzingwa and Scott Dooley.

This Saturday, the Coyotes hit the road as we take on the Chicago Riot. Kick-off is set for 11 AM at Smith Park in Chicago. Join us for game preparations this week. Next scheduled practices are on September 20th and 22nd at 7 PM. Practice will be held at Hutchins Athletic Field, 36753 N. Hutchins Rd in Gurnee. Players of all experience levels, shapes, and sizes are welcome!

Game Week vs Rockford Ravens - September 17th

This past weekend, the Coyotes traveled to Elk Grove Village to take on the Northwest Woodsmen. In a game where we saw a reshuffled starting 15 and a short bench, we showed heart to fight up until the last minute. Ultimately, a bad start cost us the game, which ended 26-24 in favor of the Woodsmen. Despite the loss, the Coyotes picked up two losing bonus points in the effort. Our man of the match was Ryan Lennon!

This Saturday, we're looking to bounce back at home as we host Rockford Ravens. Kick-off is set for 1 PM. Join us for game preparations this week. Game Week @ Northwest Woodsmen - September 10th

After a bye weekend for Labor Day observance, Lake County Coyotes are back in action this Saturday! On September 10th, we travel to Woodland Meadows Park to take on the Northwest Woodsmen. Kickoff is set for 1 PM. Come on the road with us and cheer us on!

Next scheduled practices are on September 6th and 8th at 7 PM. Practice will be held at Hutchins Athletic Field, 36753 N. Hutchins Rd in Gurnee. Players of all experience levels, shapes, and sizes are welcome!

Practice Schedule - Week of 8/29

Lake County Coyotes kicked off their season with a big 49-15 win over the Northwest Indiana Reapers. There were errors that were expected, given it was our first game of the season. But the Coyotes persevered through. The biggest highlight of the match was the debuts of 8 rookies, including 5 starters! Our man of the match, voted on by the players of each team for his best efforts, was Ethan Graben.

Next scheduled practices are on August 30th and September 1st at 7 PM. Practice will be held at Hutchins Athletic Field, 36753 N. Hutchins Rd in Gurnee. Players of all experience levels, shapes, and sizes are welcome!

We enter a league-wide bye week to observe Labor Day Weekend. Therefore, your Coyotes will be resting up in preparations for their next match.
