Lake County RFC suffered a tough loss against Fox Valley Maori this past weekend. We will look to bounce back this upcoming weekend as LCRFC host Peoria Pigs. Kick-off is set for 1 PM over at Hutchins Athletic Field, 36753 N. Hutchins Rd in Gurnee. The social will be held at the pitch following the game. Join us for a fun day of rugby, food, and beer!
Our practice schedule for this week is Tuesday the 28th and Thursday the 30th. Both training sessions will begin at 7 PM. Practices will be held at Hutchins Athletic Field. Please stay tuned for practice confirmation each week on our Facebook page. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are still requiring players and coaches to complete a symptom checker prior to arriving at each training session. You can fill out the symptom checker here.
This Saturday evening, catch the rugby team at Lindenfest! After a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual summer celebration is back. Come out Saturday night for live bands, lots of food and beverages, and carnival rides. LCRFC is honored to be invited once again to join the celebrations this weekend. The team will be running the bingo tent starting at 9 PM. Come play some bingo and meet the team!
